How can you offer such low prices?
We follow a simple principle of buying in large quantities. As such we are able to negotiate with our suppliers to get the best possible prices. We work on a very low margin. The combined benefit of buying cheap and working on a small margin is the saving that is passed to the consumer, hence we are able to keep prices very low.
The price of an item I purchased has dropped prior to shipment. Is it possible to get a refund of the difference?
We do not offer any price guarantee, because industry prices change too often and too fast.
Do you offer any type of Reseller or dealer discount program?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a reseller or discount program available at this time. We currently already negotiates the best possible prices for you and offer these great prices to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we immediately adjust the prices on our website for you to take advantage of.
How do I place an online order?
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse or search our website, find the product you need. Click the "Buy" button against the item(s) you wish to buy and this will put them into the shopping cart. Select your delivery option and location and proceed to payments. Enter your name ,address and credit/debit card details on our secure payment page and click complete. After your order has passed through our security checks will send you a confirmation email detailing your order. Please take care entering the "cardholders statement address" exactly as it appears on your credit / debit card statement to ensure swiftest dispatch.
Email Address Error On Registration
If you receive an error message saying "the email address has already been registered", then our system has recognised that the email address in question already exists on our database. It may be that you've previously successfully registered on our system but have either forgotten, or did not realise your registration was successful at the time.
If you think this is the case and you just need your password resending so you can enter the site, then please select the 'Forgotten password?" option.
Why do you request a telephone number?
When an account is created with us, we do request that a telephone number is supplied in all cases. The main reason for this is related to security. In the event that we encounter issues regarding payment details or delivery addresses, we will contact you on this number to qualify the situation.
We're sorry if you are unable to provide a telephone number, but unfortunately, it is required by us in order to accept your order and as such, we are unable to create an account without it.
I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You can simply email us to find out if your order was received.
I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?
Duplicate orders can not be canceled once they have been processed/shipped. Please note that emails are answered within 24 hours of receipt and may not be received before your order is shipped, even if you email us directly after purchase.
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Unfortunately once the order is submitted, it can not be changed.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
What sort of packaging will my item arrive in?
If you have ordered a single item, it will be packed in a Jiffy Bag to protect it from any damage. If there are a number of items ordered, it could be in a box depending upon the size of the products ordered. In either case, it will be securely packed.
What happens if the package is damaged?
If you receive a package which has been damaged, contact us immediately. Please retain all packaging as we would need them to initiate a claim.

When will I know that my purchase has been dispatched?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. You will be sent an email verifying shipment.
What if I have not yet received my order?
Unfortunately, we can not always control transit times. If you have not received your order within the max time stated on the shipping option that you chose, please let us know so we can look into it for you.
Do you deliver goods to any address other than the billing address?
Yes we do. At the time of registration, you are given the option to fill in a different delivery address.
Do you have a walk-in store or will call facility where I can physically pick-up my merchandise?
We do not have a store or will call facility. All orders are placed online and shipped via FedEx and USPS, -- no exceptions. We do not service customers in person.
Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to deliver. However, we cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of transit time.
Are the products you sell genuine?
This is a common question that we get from our customers because some of the prices we have are unbelieveable. Everything we sell is genuine product and comes with the relevant manufacturerâ€™s warranty.
What different types of digital camera memory and mobile phone memory are available?
Digital camera memory and mobile phone memory uses non-volatile flash memory, meaning it does not require power to hold and retain the pictures taken. Flash memory technology is ideal for applications that require portability and ruggedness. There are several types of flash memory (digital film) used for digital cameras and mobile phones:
Compact Flash, SmartMedia, Memory Stick, MultiMedia Cards, TransFlash, MiniSD, Reduced Size MultiMedia Card (RSMMC), Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick PRO DUO, MicroSD and Secure Digital.
What are multimedia cards?
MultiMedia Cards (MMC) were designed especially for PDAs, mobile phones and digital imaging. These cards are a reliable, rugged and lightweight form of removable flash memory, storing up to 4GB. MMC cards can be used in place on SD cards but not vice versa.
What are RS-MMC cards?
Reduced Sized MultiMedia Cards are smaller versions of MMC for use in mobile phones, storing images, video and music files. These cards are compatible with all devices featuring an MMC slot as they can be used with an MMC adaptor. They have a high storage capacity and a high shock rating minimising the chances of being damaged if dropped.
What are Dual Voltage RS-MMC and MMC cards?
They are Reduced Sized MultiMedia Cards which can operate on 2 different voltages i.e. the normal 3.3 as well as from 1.8 to 3.3 V. These cards are compatible with all devices featuring an MMC slot as they can be used with an MMC adaptor. They have a high storage capacity and a high shock rating minimising the chances of being damaged if dropped. Many of the new mobile phones ( Nokiaâ€™s ) take this form on card.
What are SD (secure digital) cards?
Secure Digital Cards are small, efficient and very reliable, and have become popular for use in digital cameras. They can also be used in PDAs, organisers, camcorders, voice recorders, mobile phones and mp3 players. Most camera's that support SD also support the similar MMC format. However SD cards are a newer and more technically advanced format of memory, containing a write-protect switch for added data security. They are generally faster with a higher capacity. If you use your card in recording motion video or high quality audio tracks the card speed is quite an important consideration.
What are MiniSD cards
For mobile phones, PDA,s, MP3 players and digicams, the MiniSD card has been developed. This card contains the same features as the SD card and can store photographs, videos and MP3 files, but is only 21.5 millimeters (mm) long, 20 mm wide and 1.4 mm thick. These cards usually come with an adaptor which allows it to be used as a SD card also.
What are Compact Flash (CF) cards?
CompactFlash cards are one of the most common type of memory card. They have a controller chip and allow for faster transfer rates. Most digital cameras that use CF can use any capacity up to 1 or 2Gb without any problems. However CF cards above 2Gb use the FAT-32 file system which the camera must be able to read for it to work. CF cards come in two sizes; type 1 (3.3mm thick) and type 2 (5mm thick). Only cameras with type 2 slots can use either type of CF card. Compact Flash 1 cards come in a range of sizes from 8Mb to 8Gb. Typically Type 2 cards, which tend to come in larger capacities, are only supported on larger cameras.
What are xD-Picture cards?
This is a new form of memory. The xD-Picture Card is useful in high resolution digital cameras which require a large memory capacity. Most current Olympus and Fuji digital cameras use this format.
What are memory sticks?
Memory Sticks are a Sony branded memory product that have been in the market since 1999. Most Sony digital cameras and many video cameras use this memory format, but few cameras by other manufacturers do. Memory Sticks can also be used in Sony MP3 players, PDA's and some Sony Vaio computers.

What are Transflash/MicroSD cards?
Transflash is a new ultra small, semi-removable flash memory product currently used in some newer mobile phones. This product is not intended to be removed on a frequent basis. It stores personal information such as telephone numbers and can be used alongside an SD card. It is also compatible with SD card slot devices using an SD adaptor.
Can you ensure that I will get a specific serial number or stepping of a product?
Aside from certain items that are designated on our website, our enormous stock moves way too fast to tag a particular item, with a particular stepping, for a particular order. We ship what we have, when we have it.
What are the differences between the OEM and retail versions of a product?
Retail versions may come with additional accessories, retail packaging, bundled software and warranty coverage. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box and Brown Box versions include the product and sometimes the drivers, but not much else. They are packaged generically and do not include software. OEM products are best-suited for system builders who don't require documentation or bundled accessories.
OEM software is delivered in a generic sleeve or container with little to no documentation or instructions. Because the serial number is exposed, OEM software cannot be refunded. Retail software comes with greater warranty coverage, all available retail packaging and accessories.
Is it mandatory to have an RMA Form in order to return a product?
Yes. You must contact us before returning your item. You will then be provided a form to fill out and return with your order, along with instructions for returning.
How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization Form?

May I exchange my RMA'd item for a different product?
Yes, you can exchange for a different item. You may be required to pay additional cost if the item you are exchanging for is more expensive than the item you originally purchased.
Approximately how long will it be before my RMA is processed?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Weekends and holidays are considered processing times.
I am certain that my return was delivered, why haven't I received confirmation?
Please check your tracking first to be certain the item was delivered to our returns address. If you have confirmation of this, please email that information so we can look into it.
Do you cross-ship replacement merchandise?
Cross shipping is not available. We will charge for a new item being sent out and credit your account once we receive the RMA item.
